I see a lot of Melbourne 2008/2009 with North, in that they think young kids will help them rise. It wasnt until Roos & Jackson came onboard that we started heading in the right direction. Kids alone won’t do it, and with North’s poor quality leaders, who’s going to drive the standards?

Is he at risk of copping a second week or have early pleas been removed? Roll the dice on the case of medium vs low impact to try and get him to play the Lions. Deserves a week, but Maynard deserved 2 at the very least.

Loved how we came out in the third, knowing that we’d inevitably tire in the fourth. Thats a big tick for identifying and maximising our best chance of winning by both the coaches and players.
