Theres a lot of folk just needing a reason to get off the mat. I think it amazing weve managed 33 with the slop weved served up to date.. But take that as your base. Mind boggles. Theres been a lot of reasons for thousands not to join/rejoin over the decades. things can change...and quickly.

Im serious 45...why not ? We were going through 35 with ease and looking towards 40 when we went belly up. Currently we stand at 33 odd. The club acknowledge they KNOW the 12000 who have done a runner. Target them and also campaign to those who let us go years back. Then there are new members...always are, even for us . Amazing . point being again, why aim for the easily achieved ? Aim a bit higher. Mightnt get there but you'll surpass the lower number.

Some of you lot need to understand a very basic idea. Those who do NOT dare to dream will achieve everything they desire. The reason I ask is there is no hard and fast logic to anyone's clash jumper. It seems differing rules apply to different clubs. As in the past there is ample area in oter parts of the strip to provide 'meaningful" differentiation. Some of the occasions we wore the clash strip actually worsened the problem, often where there WASNT one !!

Not everything Neeld did was wrong or with incorrect intention. There was a rot at the club at this kind of player who wouldnt do anything except his way on his terms got just that...an escort to the door. Beamer has his pluses but majorly outweighed by his limitations. imho no loss

Eddie and his ilk get on their front feet and peddle their lines. Its what we need to do also. Whilst i concede theres a timing to it all Im with Red 100% here. We want to be seen and taken seriously as a team in this comp and not a permanent charity case well we need to fight like one.

A notion that struck me about the presser was how seemingly comfortable he was. There was a little bit of here we are and here we GO about it from mine. Whilst conceding the job ahead there was nothing but exuberance at the task begore the club. Was very impressed and i was trying to remain circumspect about it There will be no miracles but wre might at last see a real team take to the field in our glorious jumper.
