strangely....I've been there....lol.....wasnt all that warm that day from memory to tell the truth its a hop skip and a jump from a YHA I stayed at many many moons ago. I was broke...I made a deal with the manager to trade labour for lodgings ( and food ) I painted thebasement and stairs. A few others caught on to my deal. A certain Mary from Colorado ( funny what you remember ) did it to and decided to thank me . She took me out to dinner..A little cafe at the end of a lonG LONG pier in Halifax. I swear at one moment I was being set up and reminded me of a funny Get Smart episode.. Lapping water, deep fog, boats fog horns etc. quite surreal anyhow sat at table . No chairs matched not the cutlery. She ordered two house specials. Promptly two mugs of tea arrived. Followed by the biggest bowl of hand cut chips.I thought..Cool..Tea and chips...we were both pretty broke after all. Then Then Two plates with half a lobster each... It was the chepaest meal in Halifax...no lie . The lobsters were rejects. bashed shells etc Cafes restaurants wouldnt touch them and so this weird littel cafe bought them for next to nothing. I sent back a telegram ( htas how long ago ) to Dad... In Halifax...stop Broke..stop Forced to eat Lobster....stop please send money.....stop strangely none arrived !!!! LOL ALL TRUE !!

I see an analogy in list management ( granted not all will ) Those who dont understand their list and refresh it are doomed to retain it.. In order to better one's position you often need to clear away that which isnt productive or conducive to advancement and bring in freshness i.e new blood which might. if you know what you have isnt working is a supposed gamble unwarranted or do you stay put out of fear of failure to better your position.

Not all are delisted and require a very late pick. There will be trades.

Interesting idea this. Much is made of supposed legality regarding the investigations. In reality its whether or not it fell within the guidelines and scope as agreed to by all parties when they sign on to the WADA code. There is even the outside chance a few to a handful of those 20 ( condemned ) may suddenly wake up tomorrow or the next day or season and become half decent players ( or they may not ) Some are on the protected species list as either cruios of the FD or given a pass through contracture. Doesnt change that this list is far from able to pursue its ideal...and there IS only ONE . Premierships. We have in the past ( very recently in fact ) delisted 12. Id suspect wed go close to this again..9-10 followed by same the next season. And keep doing it til the list is where it needs to be

simply this. Footy smarts first. The ability to jump and touch a tag, the ability to run between cones, the general hype of the 'beep' ...second...all a clear second to the ability to understand how to play this game.
