If there was someone in the club who understands better Trengoves predicament and whats required other than the lad himself Id be interested t know whom. Heres a lad who I have utmost respect for. I was among those who thought all things being equal he would be incredibly lucky to just regain full unabated use of his physical being but he has shown hes not only made of the right stuff he is of the right mind I really want him to succeed. I want what he brought to the game in those early days back . Im sure he does to and will move another mountain to see if he can do just that. Some players ponce around as though some self entitled demi god. Trengove wants to play , and play for us. Let him his chance. If he fails to make the mark it will be just so. A thought about the utilisation of players of Dawes' ilk often somewhere in and amongst the arguments incorporates a mentoring role with a view to stepping into coaching. Chris has a line of pursuit already with law so the after-footy role would probably carry little weight if looking to make use of Chris beyond the field. TBH I have no idea as to how good or otherwise he may be to the club solely in an off field scenario. If the club thought YES, then fine. I would argue his ON FIELD capacity has been exhausted
