i also think this is somewhat wrong.. Look to other sports , especially olympic style events..and swimming in particular. You can see the kids who 'mihgt'make it quite early. they have the resolve and mental toughness to train hard and persevere. they abdicate from the lifestyles of much of their age group and show considerable mettle and endeavor to suceed.These qualities are often a litmus used by the various Inst of Sport to gauge who has it to go forward and who wont. You can teach someone to swim,you cant teach them to compete, not to keep trying...and trying ...and trying. You haveto be mentally tough and doggedly determined tocontinue in the face of failing (orr seeminly so )

and its taken 9 months for these Einsteins to figure out theyve actaully been on notice all year...and that come seasons end some will get a DCM ?? bright lot...I feel so much better now !!

Hate to prematurely talk of a players demise but it really cant be too good an outlook from here on in. Damn bloody shame. Whilst Brty isnt the most gifted of players hes a tough go at it 100% effort sort of bloke that must have Neeld cursing as this is exactly what Neeld i slooking for.. Players that are assigned a role., understand the role, commit to the role, execute the role and give it all for 4 qtrs. Even if you get an overall 80% effectivenes from a game you know exactly what you have. This is NOT the case with a handful of current players and it saddens me that an honest trooper is felled way before time..
