  1. calf based on watching the stream, i actually think plugger mac was quite okay - worked his way up to the wings in classique style, whereas by comparison brown looked like he could barely move, and tomlinson has the turning circle of the qe2 disco turner shows a lot of aerial and ground level ability while woey looks to be getting some touch back
  2. the beauty of the filth winning the close ones in the home and away season is it's just that much sweeter when they lose them in finals
  3. a few? yr far kinder than me
  4. while we are 💀🏇 flagmantle, gw$ look to be a big benificiary of a trade with the tigs - they hold their first round pick in 2023 as well as getting 12, 19, and 31 last year for taranto and hopper, both of whom are on long, seven-year deals
  5. still going, casey in complete control
  6. plugger and milkshake are waxing and waning to perfection at the moment
  7. melksham's ground level work at this level is outstanding
  8. milkshake, harmes the obvious ones calling out for a step up for next week callum brown deserves a spot on an afl list at the midseason draft dunstan out of it with a leg injury
  9. melksham with a FREAK goal - gaelic style volley to himself with a ball going over his head, up into his arms, snapped the goal incredible
  10. jefferson appears to be playing down back with all of sideshow bald, plugger mac, milkshake, and sos up forward
  11. these commentators are atrocious
  12. he was outstanding, again, last nite - makes every action on the field count anyone calling him a plodder doesn't understand what he brings to the side
  13. no guarantees on petty given that they gave spargo some extra time to recover, but you'd think they'd be the two likely ins i still really like the notion of the tall defensive premiership trio of may-lever-petty being back together, but it's hard to see how unless pig is sore and misses with his achilles, in which schache may hold his spot forward unless sideshow bald or plugger mac turn it on in the vfl
  14. it was about 5-10,000 more than i expected
  15. you could see that they wanted to finish really positively in the last quarter, and they kept that 'up' mindset until the last few minutes very, very positive viewing
  16. 6: petracca 5: oliver 4: brayshaw 3: chandler 2: langdon 1: grundy
  17. doing the dining room for the first time since pre-covid - presuming suit and tie required? given aints v pear in a closed roof stadium got 25k last nite, i think we'll be looking about the same tonite in the open against a very average side?
  18. flagmantle don't look capable of coming close to kicking a winning score it's glorrrious
  19. bears 2+ goals up at quarter time 💀🏇 starting well
  20. i've seen worse-on-paper mfc sides than that over the years
  21. was ecstatic to get him, as opposed to the milkshake acquisition the year before both have favourite memories for different reasons - milkshake for the goal vs hawks in the semi and hibbo for THAT run the way he's playing this year he'll go on next year
  22. aints? bears bloods? footscray us bluebaggers puddy tatts tiggas? crom? first time all season i've been 'confident' in more than half the tips
  23. he's spent 21 years getting to know the business and where the bodies are buried...and where to bury them... his big briefs will be racism and concussion until the next tv rights deal begins to open negotiations in 2028 or so he'll have a lot on his hands the indecision at governance level re the 4:3 split to not appoint kylie watson-wheeler becoming public is an indication of how fractious the relationships are at the decision-making level of the game
  24. did more with 11 touches vs the tiggas than others with double that amount his running is incredible and he would be very difficult to replace
