  1. That he (Bernie) is comfortable with being a B grader when he could become an A grader. I found it a dumb comment. If it were that easy everyone would be an A grader.
  2. He was worse last week.
  3. So Demonland beat BomberBlitz. Can they beat us at anything, it starting to bore me.
  4. Not to be confused with Michael Hurley.
  5. Dem front on tackles.
  6. Oh you already uploaded it... Click the little image icon when you post and paste the link.
  7. Make an www.imgur.com account and upload it.
  8. 6 - Dunn 5 - Jones 4 - Pedo 3 - Kent 2 - Grimes 1 - Jetta
  9. I haven't slept since yesterday when I got up to watch the Socceroos. My heart is about to chuck it in so I'll get a post off before I cark it. That was [censored] amazing.
  10. Yet you're willing to waste numerous posts and words on someone correcting spelling.
  11. Holy [censored] I laughed. Brilliant work Col B.
  12. No, we're past that now.
  13. It's only a one season story, Adam, like True Detective (which is one of the best I've ever seen) so invest away knowing there'll be no sudden and conclusionless ending like Deadwood. One more episode to go and I've really enjoyed it, Billy Bob Thornton has played one hell of a character. I've been meaning to check out The Fall, I will do so once GoT and Fargo seasons finish as I'll have sweet FA else to watch.
  14. I couldn't care less what anyone else thinks so I'm neither here nor there on that. However the game plan, as frustrating as it was on Monday, is exactly what a good team is built on. The Swans, Freo and Collingwood have all led the way with defensive pressure, Saints under Lyon too. Geelong and Hawthorn have been well drilled for years defensively even though their first to the ball and quick ball movement style is what they're known for. (Will be interesting to see how Port go against a top team at their defensive best) The huge difference is Paul Roos has had to work wonders with what I think was one of the worst teams ever that were poorly developed and completely void of confidence. He has worked wonders so far. Just keep drilling this into them. Adding attacking flair can come when we have the cattle on the park to execute it.
  15. Yes, I only just thought about that after I posted it. You want team improvement yet can't execute a basic yet highly important team fundamental? Extract a finger.
  16. I've been a huge fan since the beginning, and I'd like him to stay as he makes our back line much stronger and will be even more valuable when we're a good team. However that pathetic shepparding attempt that threw Terlich under the bus made my stomach turn. Imagine Chip's reaction had someone done that to him. I hope Roos is all over it in the team meeting / review. Perhaps Jetta can do some assistant coaching and teach these bozos that you can still defend even when WE have the ball.
  17. Is it humble pie if players finally start doing the things we've all cried out for for years? I'm hungry anyway so Lynden Dunn... Wow. When he first went into the back line last year, even stints earlier, he had no idea and was easily out bodied and out witted. Never did I think he'd become a poised and reliable defender. We've had good defenders for years now, it's an absolute credit to him that as of right now, he's our best defender. Jamar (again) I thought he was done. But we've been so much better since his return it's not even a question how valuable he is to this team. Playing very good footy again. Not sure I ever stuck the boots into Pedo on here, but in the real world I have. As recently as the Saints game this year. Boy oh boy wowee what a transformation. CLUNK GUN.
  18. I remember not so long ago, when I used to fear dangerous small forwards...
  19. 6 Jones 5 Dunn 4 Vince 3 Pedersen 2 Cross 1 Jetta
  20. Technically the first 23 seconds are still included in the whole game. Although the rules committee are pushing to remove them next year.
  21. Well, that was like pulling teeth... Just a huge imbalance in defending and attacking, which is not all bad, you want a well drilled defensive first and foremost. But basically no classy forward thrusts for the whole game. We lack a dashing HBF with foot skills, that has to be our priority post-season. I was pleased with the first half, expected the shackles to be released at some point but it never came. Easier said than done against a drilled side like Collingwood. Tyson had his worst game for the year. Garland had his worst game ever. Viney is a bull but his kicking was shocking. JKH and Salem looked a bit lost. Why Salem wasn't subbed off I'd love to know. He offered nothing and Jamar was having a great game. Once he went off they got an easy ride from the clearances. Dumb move. Same as last weeks sub. Roosy, I love ya, but stop [censored] up the subs. Jones, Dunn, Vince Jamar and Cross led really well. They all stood up and played really well. Was happy with Jetta yet again and I think there's no doubt he's bonafide now. Pederson was epic. Just need some leading forwards that kick goals, and some class to stick it down their throats and we'll go alright. Let's smash Essendon.
  22. Possibly the most baffling sub I've ever seen since it was introduced.
