half the fade outs have been due to a lack of leadership as neitz has been injured late in the year bruce is a great player who does great things for the club but never has come across to me as great captain material, its one thing to have respect from your teammates but another to be able to scream your head off at them in the middle of a game and make them want to lift and not let you down, chooka has that, bruce doesnt in last years game when bruce cpatained the club he didnt look comfortable, if chooka doesnt get the captaincy next year id rather see neitz or green have it

my wifes sister is having her engagement this sat and wwe were meant to fly up on the friday night to which i said well have a nice flight, we are now flying up on the saturday just like we got married 2 weeks ago to make sure it would clash with the season proper

unhappy about the weather, was going to ride the Vespa to the game so i wouldnt have to take the car bring on the game though, its been a long long time for me, last game i saw was the loss to freo in freo during the season

i think bruce is a fantactic player, i even have 32 on my jumper, but i still dont think he would make the best captain for our club

ahhhhh Montrose boys...... a few have been at that club who bar dedication could have made AFL

i hate the more than 1 captain crap, it cheapens the role of captain, thats what vice captains are for, id love us to have 1 captain, 1 vice captain and 3 deputy vice captains which together for the "leadership" group

I think Trapper and McLean should be higher than Davey on last year's performances.

i dont really like their top 8 at all

probably, it would be interesting to know what drugs they are taking and wether they are during the season or not

dont be surprised if other clubs get mentioned, possibly even melbourne, i know of an afl player who use to come home every year and smoke dope with his old mates after the season

i think brock is the next real captain of MFC if thats means next year or in 3 who knows, but on last years performances of when both bruce and green captained MFC i would have green ahead by a mile, i dont like bruce as captain, i dont think he handled it well last time

i tired but it told me that league doesnt exist

his form at the moment does not warrant selection but with injuries he will play round 1

well it means miller will have a better shot at round 1 now, lets hope he takes it well and a speedy recovery to dunn

i think there awful, dennis is good, ox is ok, tim annoys me and bruce just reminds me of times id rather we didnt have to visit again channel 10 isnt much better with crisso, wallsy and lane

hard to take when 10 years ago we played this handball crazy game and got flogged every week and took us really till 2 years ago to get rid of it besides you do things in games and tight situations that you train and handballing out of those situations are usually the worst option id also love to watch the young kids playing too and knowing how well they are playing, id just rather it with a direct, straight down the corrider style of football

ive always loved the bizz and always will, i really hope he does get back to his best as i think he is a great player he isnt the quickest but he reads the play that well he makes up for some of his lack of pace, the thing between him and others that might run the lines better is he will use the ball a lot better releasing the player further up the field better and eliminates the need to run it out

i flipped the channel and heard them talking about davey hurting himself then a few minutes later he came back on, so no real word from me but if that was the incident it cant be that bad

yeah well collingwood only got the first 2 to make sure they got the youngest, he was always the best of the 3 any word on what his sons are like? i know ther young but sometimes you can tell if there is promise or not
