I actually think that Jimmy will still have a bit of say on things. But agree we need to support Don.

I was talking to a non Melbourne mate the other week, pre QB game and he was saying that we look like we are finally getting our [censored] together off the field and we spoke about Jimmy and the great job he has done and I thought as we were talking that Jimmy could become as revered as Barassi and Smith in the years to come. And I truly do believe that this will be the case, the genuine well wishes from non Melbourne people really reminds you that whilst he is a legend withing the MFC he is highly regarded within the greater AFL community and even outside it. I hope this is just a blip on the radar and that Jimmy is healthy and strong and holding the cup as president of the MFC. The way he has changed this club in 12 months is phenomenal, and he will be a big reason why the MFC become a successful club once again.

Depressing to hear, but I wish him and his family the best and I hope the media do stay away from him.

Would it mean that Laidley could become a coach for MFC this year/next? As everyone always says Laidley is supposedly one of the best match day coaches going around and would be a asset in the box, if Bailey would feel comfortable with him in there.

That Bailey is having a meeting with Dean Laidley as we speak. Not sure how true, Andy Maher SEN just said it then.

Yeah Toe to Toe are a great harcore band. Yeah I love Bulldog Spirit, great band. The don't really play any more, but at a mates birthday the other week we got them to play (all mates of mine) and it was awesome to hear them again.
