Robbo
He has got worse, supposedly he use to watch games and drink at a bar in Fitzroy then write an article on it.

Do you trust Melbourne
Not 100% but I’m getting there.

POSTGAME: Rd 05 v Hawthorn
Tbh, Tigers only have two talls. I’d roll Brayshaw back and Tmac to the wing, drop Brown and bring in Weid and BBB

POSTGAME: Rd 05 v Hawthorn
If Petty plays next week, he will have at least 5 goals kicked against him. At least.

GAMEDAY: Rd 05 vs Hawthorn
Our tackles and pressure has been poor, very very poor.

GAMEDAY: Rd 05 vs Hawthorn
If it wasn’t for the umps we would be 6 goals down

GAMEDAY: Rd 05 vs Hawthorn
Petty is terrible.

GAMEDAY: Rd 05 vs Hawthorn
Our set shots are putrid again. We put ourselves under pressure by not putting them under scoreboard pressure early. We look better, they look sharper when they go forward. Easily fixable, but it’s a matter if it does get fixed.

A Day at the Races
I loved Racing as a teenager into early 20’s got away from It mostly until a few years ago but it’s been the last 12-18 months I’m re-loving it. I’ll keep going each Saturday just dial it back a smidgen due to the costs of the parts for my Bow. I’ll still throw up a best/value bet as I really enjoy doing those with you.

A Day at the Races
Well all in all not a great day, down around $20 if I include all my bonus bets (got 7 for the day) but if the couple that were photos went my way then it’s a nice profitable day. (Thought Paul’s regret was going to get the chocolates!) The fun and enjoyment of racing. Might have to dial it back in the next week or two as I’ve got new parts for my bow I need to collect next Saturday which is going to kill the bank balance Hope you did well.

A Day at the Races
Sword of mercy just didn’t have the last gear to catch the winner.

A Day at the Races
Beau Rossa is in the mix for the Stradbroke Handicap at $51, used the $10 bonus bet for it. So even if it doesn’t run, it’s not a big loss

A Day at the Races
Yeah got stuck, took a while to get out but once out it got to the other horse but couldn’t pass it. Don’t think it actually got past it. Prague ran well considering it didn’t jump well but September Run was poor.

A Day at the Races
Nigh on perfect ride on Hungry Heart. Once it hit the front it didn’t looked troubled.
-
A Day at the Races
Beau Rossa just couldn’t get the nose in front. Got boxed in a little as the turn came. Still rate it, think it will win many more. 1600 might be a bit far, 1400 might be best bet.

Backs becoming gun forwards???
As stated both Lynch, Neitz were very good defenders. Silvani easily could have played forward and starred. Mal Michael might have gone alright as a permanent forward.

A Day at the Races
Yeah agree the second double should get the chocolates

NON MFC: Rd 05 2021
Brad hill. So glad we didn’t get him (hindsight) as he is a flat track bully.

Fritsch Out for 2 Weeks with Fractured Hand
No need to scratch mate, it’s a Raven that sits on my shoulder... ”Till the dirges of his Hope that melancholy burden bore Of ‘Never—nevermore’.” ?

Fritsch Out for 2 Weeks with Fractured Hand
So it begins... ?

A Day at the Races
Agree. Those odds I thought were overs. I put the two and Beau Rossa in a multi paying $47.42 which I thought was too nice to turn down ?

A Day at the Races
Caulfield Race 7, number 5 Sword of Mercy $5.50
-
A Day at the Races
Agree, I watched that race live. Even copped the hit that pushed it wider at the 400. I too took the odds lst night at 5.50

A Day at the Races
That’s a good race. Sydney is already a soft 5 with rain expected Friday and Saturday. hope it doesn’t end up a heavy track. Hate betting on Heavy tracks.

A Day at the Races
$1.80 fav this sat. It’s listed for the Stradbroke handicap in Jun at $51 against a much better field. But I’m sorely tempted to take the gamble it runs and put $10 on it.
