Roaming Brian - Melbourne vs Hawthorn, Semi Final
You might get a gig then...Roaming Nasher

GAMEDAY - Semi Final
Totes jelly of all those in Melbourne firing up pre-game. At home doing a load of washing and looking after the brats while the wife is at a work function. On the plus side I did make the most of a flying trip to the 'g last weekend...unsustainable behaviour to say the least. Cheer hard folks...go dees.

Match Preview and Team Selection - Elimination Final
Looks like the top-right graph is saying Geelong' s heaviest player is ~102kg. Ol' Tomahawk must have only had one foot on the scale.

GAMEDAY - Elimination Final
At the airport waiting for my flight to Melb. Few other Dees here which is nice to see. Lunch in the city with the brother-in-law. Few beers through the arvo with old mate who's flying down from Cairns for the game. Dinner and drinks with family and then walk to the 'g. Going to take a serious effort to remain tidy by game time. The bye took a bit of the edge off for me...not being in Melb probably contributed too. Feeling it now though, pumped!

Training - Tuesday 4th September, 2018
Bernie wouldn't be eligible to play for Casey unless the Dees are playing the same week I assume.

Don't Believe In Never
In Hobart for work for the past 20-odd hours. I've asked every person I've passed (except for the bloke in the Carlton beanie) if they're Nasher. No-one's said yes yet, although two tried to punch me and three others offered their phone number...

Bernie Vince Retires
Love Bern. Not too many blokes win B&Fs at two clubs. Loved his pointy elbows even though they meant his unsociable brand was always on the borderline of a suspension. Met him at the Interstate supporters function last year (he was guest speaker because he was suspended) and got a selfie with him, Robbo and my good wife. I suggested to her at the time that I'd turn for Bern. Nothing's changed.

And his head is disproportionately large.

Finals Tickets
Check your mail! My sister was organising tickets for the family yesterday and had much the same story as everyone else...managed to make a booking but it timed out before confirming the purchase. Four hours later she gave up in disgust. Ten minutes ago her tickets from the 'failed' purchased arrived via email.

He has a more suitable head for radio I reckon.

The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
Sorry about that Uncle. Pillow head is as imaginatively named as all the others...literally a person wandering around with a pillow wrapped around her head. Not a thin hotel pillow either, this one was huge, like a beach ball. I think it made the chroming more efficient and/or protected the noggin in a fall. Saw her a few times in the CBD but then also right out near the airport...

The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
I spent 8 weeks walking around the Perth CBD for work in 2016. Saw some amazing sights (punchup out the front of the Criterion at 9:30am) and some amazing characters (angry skater man, abusive red hat man, creepy dude in window, pillow head, the East Perth TAB crew near the Carlton). I was considering writing a book on the experience but may run into some problems at work re publishing... #perf

CYCLING
This is worth a bump...after 48 days ol Deano made it to Cartagena in Columbia and smashed the South American World Record by 10 days! Now in Panama and cycling on. He's had food poisoning twice, ran into a highway sign at 40km/h (not food poisoning related), and has gone from 88kg to 81kg so far. Bloody Legend!

Anyone for cricket?
They'll have to cop it in terms of penalties and being called 'cheats' for the rest of their careers (post-career too). Pathetic news to wake up to. Thank god the footy has started

Bloody father-in-law...apologies for the interruption lads, I'll leave you to it!

A Day at the Races
Hi all, might be my first visit ever to this thread...so I am happy for this to be taken with as much skepticism as can be expected with an anonymous tip on the interwebs. Father-in-law has 'recommended' Peaceful State in the Randwick Guineas. There's a family connection so maybe he's just being hopeful...
