The best thing is claiming in February to have a hunch on which way it will go.

Rival clubs fume at Collingwood’s hold on MCG seats
Everything looks good when you remember it though.

Dynamic Ruck Duo Max & Brodie
Yep. Sort of has to work doesn't it? At least we're the club that is brave enough to give it a crack, the media ridicule could be intense but the pay-off could be massive.

Or Duck Dodgers claiming this planet in the name of the Earth. Then seconds later Marvin the Martian arrives and "claiming this planet in the name of Mars, isn't that lovely?"

Choco Williams is the New Goal Kicking Coach
True, there's always a fine line and a chance to 'overcorrect'. So many moving parts in a kicking action and I really don't like all these gimmicky fidgety habits players have like circling the ball around or 'Buddy arcing'. Kicking through the ball with the appropriate amount of guide would be ideal.

Choco Williams is the New Goal Kicking Coach
Haha yeah I can recall at least half a dozen Herald sun back pages leading with the headline: "Kicking troubles Travis? Ask the experts!" With photos of Lloyd, BT, other kicking coaches etc

The healthy mental health thread
Generalised anxiety disorder can come up in many ways. I don't know if anyone else experienced this but recently I was unfortunately the recipient of 2 rather intense panic attacks. They came totally out of no-where and in a situation where it was not exactly easy to escape, driving. The reality that I've learned in the last few weeks is that the instant reaction is to try and treat the attack, make it go away and prevent it from coming back. However it appears this is just a symptom. I've learned to live with anxiety as a way of life, most of the time I can keep it under control but the end of last year and start of this year have been pretty difficult. I'm coming round to the idea that these attacks are showing up because my general anxiety set point has been raised along with the fact that I have gone through a fair bit of change in the last 6 months. If anyone has experienced anything like this let us know.

2023 Member Replacement Game
Totally, but doesn't it also come down to the clubs and who is willing to do the deal? Would they be sacrificing a part of their gate receipts/taking some kind of small hit on it when they could just leave that seating allocation open for GA and a big turnout? I really don't know how it all works and happy to hear from someone who does. I imagine there's a few parties involved and a truck load of red tape to get through.

The No T$ No B$ Thread
I know there's a debate to whether our game plan has been worked out or not but this aspect of it really has. Opposition coaching for this moment was in full effect late last season, studying the fall of the ball and how to position for this moment. We need a more varied ball movement strategy.

NFL
Oh boy, Croydon. I was at the Warriors when they were Nunawading, in fact we lost a Vic Bowl to you guys. Bitter, bitter rivalry. They had some brilliant players though. I was an outside linebacker as well, predominately in a 3-4 alignment. Didn't get to Vic squad status but worked hard for a few seasons to become a regular starter which I was really proud of, then I got injured haha. I played both sides a bit in juniors but in the seniors we'd regularly have 40 guys on the roster. This was the early 2000s so the profile of Gridiron in VIC was steadily growing.
