Sleep at the ‘G
How is Will's injury? Can't imagine he's able to do any Elvis Presley moves yet on the dance floor yet?

Why are we continuously being beaten in clearances?
On Sunday it looked like the Swans had Clarke running with him in open play but handing off at stoppage. His run and carry was not what it usually is and I could see a scenario like this especially when Daicos heads into the middle.

2023 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
That's right. It's a long season, they have talent in there to win some games. I'm happy as long as they're about bottom 6.

So if connecting with the ball has no bearing on this decision then we're in serious trouble. To use a Soccer example there are often many perfectly timed tackles that both win the ball but then may clip the opponent afterwards in the follow through action. Sometimes believe it or not this leads to a player being down and needing treatment. I can't say I've ever seen a red card and suspension given to someone who made contact with the ball first. If Van Rooyen had indeed spoiled the ball and Ballard was still hit, this would be the equivalent to what I described above. In my view anyway.
