  1. That's the Athens I know!
  2. I love Hellyers Rd but the pricepoint is a little beyond ideal compared to other great local whisky brands.
  3. My last pinacolada was in Vegas about 8 years ago at Paris casino. It came in a massive Eiffel tower glass and I could see the guy tip half a bottle of rum in. I just managed to make it to the end but got dared to have another one. I was totally floored the next day and could barely move. The mere smell of pineapple juice made me sick for at least a year afterwards.

I'm still waiting for @Wiseblood's return.
  5. Not your fault, ChatGPT has a lot of explaining to do. Pre 2021 100% correct my ****!
  6. That I can get around!
  7. How's your Demonland upload quota after that DZ? 😀
  8. If they didn't see it then wouldn't they be wondering why the player has come from the ground and needs treatment? Hear what you're saying but this is a big bucks sporting league and they simply need to be better. Assistants watching, memorising the protocols, Ipads with Kayo for quick TV replay access etc. The tools are all there.
  9. T-mac did it in 2019 as well before his knee injury in the same game.
  10. We've got this obsession on here lately that everyone has to be 100% cherry ripe all the time. It's AFL footy and it doesn't happen, players play with knocks and niggles all the time. Otherwise what the hell is the point of the pre-finals bye? I know we're fearful of a situation like last year but from all accounts the level of banged up that we were was from another post code. I'd be shocked if we pulled out 3 or more regular starters for the sake of rest, May and Viney yes if actually hurt, and that's a big if.
  11. Absolute total balderdash. The protocol for concussions would be right at the front of mind in AFL briefings to these staff at the start of the season. Serious head collision occurs, perform the test, sit player out for 15 mins minimum. You don't even need to be a doctor to remember that.
  12. It's pretty rough yeah. Total clickbait. Onward to next year for Sestan, big pre season and a massive tilt at things.
  13. Awful news for Oli Sestan who is out for the season now with a dislocated shoulder 😭
  14. Very massive. I would love to see one more shot at it from T-mac this year but I'm having more doubts, can he get up to the speed we need from him? Living in hope.
  15. That's right. Tommo in when the 3rd tall defender is required, not just for the sake of having the third tall. Keeping Smith as sub gives us flexibility.
  16. Took a nice chunk out of it though! The whole trip took nearly an hour and a half and finished it up at home making dinner. Usually I end up with an hour of rope left and roll over to the next day!
  17. I'd go as far as saying that the Dusty goal was the only one we've given up like that this year, 2 or 3 at most. I like your Rugby analogy, the flat line is typically used in defence when you don't have the ball in Rugby so it is high risk to be streaming forward in unison. The thing I can't figure out is why it has taken so long for a team to exploit it. Could it simply be a case of teams missing their chances early? I won't be surprised if a team got a run-on early against the Pies in a final and blew them out. Despite last week's loss they haven't really had that smack in the mouth wake up call yet. Are they going to be good enough or flexible enough when the chips are down and playing a composed team?
  18. Losing mentality is losing mentality. Nothing else.
  19. Collingwood at G but we fear no-one.
  20. Tell them to fix their service.
  21. Big call! Neitz was one of the best overhead marks going round! Not necessarily disagreeing though, this guy can take them.
  22. If you ever want a way to listen to the pod in one sitting, decide one night to drive home through Swan St past AAMI Park and Rod Laver. I reckon I was in that precinct alone for 45 mins bumper to bumper.
  23. Yeah look I have to agree, he's way too close. We're talking about taking the decision out of player and club's hands because of a conflict of interest and I think this extends to Kane.
