  1. Serong I can deal with. Zach Merrett? Had some ripper games but had some total honkers as well. Daicos rover is interesting but you do need him in. From my armchair view I'd have Daicos HBF and Viney Rover but that's my fairyland opinion.
  2. Does this mean less road trips and other entitled club benefits?
  3. 1/6th of rthe Earth's gravity if I'm not mistaken DC?
  4. Who's likely to meet them in the granny Demon Disciple?
  5. Here we go again! How to swing this one with work me thinks? Already taking the Friday off and hoping to nick off early on Thurs.
  6. Look I did say straight after the game that he should not walk, run or do any sort of movement at all and tjat even the slightest breeze needed to be avoided. Prevention is better than cure!
  7. We need a Matthew Capuano type
  8. I really hope so Brownie. Had high hopes for Kylie Rogers getting deep into the CEO process. Give her the time, hopefully they don't bind her hands.
  9. Hunter us the perfect example of this, you can tell Goody loves having him out there. Still not quite enough sample data on Henry but I do get what you're saying. Maybe more a flanker type?
  10. Norm Rivers You heard it first
  11. Yeah, Jon Ralph.
  12. Try this on for size. Petty hits the Tiges for 6!
  13. Was thinking about time at Melbourne today, its has been a bit of a whirlwind. Right from the start when we got the trade in he had to sit out the season because of the Jet Fumes and their peptides. Finally got in for 2017, completely changed his game and started really showcasing those footskills. One highlight in 2018 no-one talks about is the goal at Optus stadium to put us back in front against West Coast and then the sealer in that game. Obviously there was then that beauty against Hawthorn in the semi. That brilliant game against Carlton last year, THAT goal against Brisbane this year. The number of times we needed a goal and he was the one to supply it. Those checkside kicks that he made look easy. A great clubman, you need characters like Jake in a footy club. Now it seems that Jake will end his time at Melbourne the way it started, on the outside looking in. He copped it from a lot of us over the journey, myself included. I have the utmost respect for the guy and I just hope for nothing but the best.
  14. Circle of life
  15. Agree, surplus to requirements.
  16. Only thing they need to buy is a lottery ticket to jail.
  17. I'm in stitches right now! And I can't laugh too hard because I'm giving plasma!
  18. So this could be independent from the original injury.
  19. PC, Laptop, mobile and laptop came up trumps.
  20. Oops, thought the Grundy bandwagon might have been him playing in this game.
  21. Yep. This is the pass mark for T-mac, take the best defender and keep them honest with a few things to think about. I'm really confident that if he is at least moving the best he has all year that he can do this. We can't have JVR dealing with the best defender all game long.
  22. I got a friend at BOM, will try and get some inside info on the weather..
  23. Honestly if we get a 6/10 T-mac that might be enough. We don't need him getting 20 possessions, 10 marks and 4 goals a game. We need him to provide a foil and make defenders accountable enough by pulling them out of position, if he can contest and help get the ball to ground a bit too that will help.
  24. I also think it's worth giving this role to Smith. If T-mac looks anywhere near the running ability he had then he will be the mover and drawer forward. Yes I know someone is about to point out the Geelong game and Stewart but he's learned a lot in this recent stint in the side. I think he's the best one to throw the keys to for the role.
