I think that was a major problem this year. Too many conflicting messages and teachings. The List was overloaded with structures, would explain some of this years confusion on Game Day. Adem has had 7 years working with Clarkson, but until he sits on the Iron Throne, you don’t really know what it’s like If we hadn’t stupidly signed Goodwin to a 3 year extension last Summer after the Preliminary Final debacle, Adem should be our Senior Coach right now.

Nobody has Senior Experience as a Head Coach until they are actually in the chair. That includes Goodwin. He had brilliant training, that many don’t get and we still had to endure 2019. Yze would be primed for his first gig... Still hope he can make it back hone in future

But that is the Crux. Oscar is worth nothing. He is a liability. and we are giving him a key position role. Whorethorn get a free hit (again) Keeping Omac (28 votes in the B&f) is a far bigger risk than Frost

Not disagreeing with any of that But we rate Oscar over Frost, that is what astounds me. Omac was awful this year. I also rate Frost’s durability over Jake Lever’s wonky knees. Lever goes down again, there is a huge hole ?

But Frost has just had a strong year. We all saw it. But our Football Department rate Omac higher, who had a complete shocker and had to have “Time Out” for extra training through the Season. Meanwhile 4 time Premiership Coach Clarkson has backed himself to get a good defender out of Frost it doesn’t sit right with me

Those stats back up how bad we were this season. Salem didn’t have a good year at all

We keep Hibberd and Omac and move Frost on. It doesn’t feel right to me, unless Burgess can make a new player out of Omac we have to wait and see. Jobs are on the line, so it won’t take long to evolve

Still have no idea what his best role in the team is. I hope for his sake he was carrying injuries in the back half of 2019, because his output dropped right off. A preseason under a new fitness regime may be exactly what Salem needs

What are you talking about? Salem plays all over the place. What in hell has he got to do with those players? Half Back is a major Launch Pad for attacks in the Modern Game, thus i call it a KEY Position on the ground. Stop arguing just for the sake of it..

Look at Preliminary Finals over a period of years. They are a massive ramp up in pressure all over the ground from even the week before. Lot of catching up to do
