It is time to change the mindset a little. Players will want to come to Melbourne now, but they have to earn their spot. Whorethorn did it for years, players would rack up 100 games in the reserves before playing Seniors, but they were tough and ready to go if Aaron Hammil rates Dunstan as an elite Midfielder, we should look at him very closely
