What a great video. Fantastic, we are no longer compared to that Rabble. Seeing Rod Butters Coked off his box a few years ago in my local Supermarket, summed them up beautifully. All those consecutive losses against them, are now inconsequential. That said Ratts is a good Coach, will they win one soon?

Mayzie was interviewed after one of the Cairns games by Ben Gibson if i recall, and was honest about what he thought of the performance. i think that is where our Premiership tilt started. there will be a few more Medals around this guys neck before he retires. brilliant recruiting. I knew little of him, as I don’t follow GC closely. But when i heard him speak I knew he was genuine

Being empty would be very hard to come back from 8 goals. Top 4 was not under threat, but the Players wanted to win. It is a game we can use next year and beyond.

Yes considering the stadium was empty, that was an incredible effort. No Crowd to lift the players. It was just on them. At a Stadium that has been tough for all clubs over the competition. I turned the game off at halftime, I wasn’t angry, it was just another crappy game at Jeelong. We were still top 4. But The PLAYERS felt differently and it was the first time we saw “score assault”

Yep. I agree. But having been in the crowd and watched those 2 Whorethorn games I was not suprised we went no further. They were brutal and i am sure we were still banged up, even after a week off. that hit that Greg Healy copped still gets me 30 years later
