  20. they do have some good assets 3 campuses in excellent positions the state will pay a bundle for the burwood campus esp given it is close to the new srl burwood station and its high rise development opportunity. i'd bet they would use the sports grounds and education buildings for the uni, then free up land where the uni football ground currently is, adjacent to gardiners creek and the station precinct. so minimal development cost for the uni given they get existing sporting facilities and education buildings all ready-to-go from scopus and fiog off the south west corner to the avaricious high rise developers. win-win
  21. and additionally ... the 2 planned developments could actually be beneficial to each other if they can work together
  22. mt scopus is looking at different land to what we are looking at their's is freehold, ours is crown land under trust
  23. there are no plans to relocate/vacate the hospital its availability is zero
