I don't remember him as a player but he played 50 games over five seasons (1987-91) for Geelong - an average of 10 games per year - which hardly puts him in "best 22 category". Incidentally during his five seasons the Cats performances were mixed - finished well out of the finals twice (9th and 10th), missed the finals a third time. These facts are derived from afltables.com and confirmed by australianfootball.com. (Interestingly, his elite sports properties biography claims 60 games in four seasons...some sensitivity there perhaps...which probably just goes to confirm his status as a [censored].) Watched the replay last night. Initially I thought it was an interesting measure of where the team was, but by the second half of the year I had heard enough of it.
