  1. Great to have you aboard, just waiting for Donny and we're away
  2. No we want to win but a premeirship not a meaningless game in Canberra between 2 teams playing out the season
  3. Your email will be read after the 31,001 are read congratulating the club on excellent team management. You can hope we win but we won't and for that I'm stoked.
  4. Spot on
  5. I doubt they would elevate McKenzie if they didn't intend playing him. INS: Mckenzie, Cheney, Newton, Johnson, Whelan
  6. DB has really out done himself. 3 cheers for DB hip hip hoo...........
  7. Valenti is not part of our future, simple.
  8. I'm pretty sure that only winning 4 games by whatever means available will have several very beneficial effects on this club way over and above what winning 5,6 or 7 games would. 1. The obvious one. Tom Scully becomes a Demon. 2. We also get picks 2 or 3. 3. Pick 1 or 2 in the preseason draft. 4. Remember the excitement of recruiting Jack Watts? Well 2 top 3 picks will double that excitement. 5. We have suffered for 3 years, the position of our club is exactly why PP were added to the draft, Why miss out what is due to us? 6. The short, medium and long term financial gains players such as Scully could bring to this club would make it negligent not to take up the "offer" 7. The excitement of football fans in general when watching the competitions elite play the game. We need more marquee players. Just look at what Jack Watts has already done for this club without even playing a standout game. He added 5 - 10,000 people and may well have saved the QB fixture for the club. Donny, give me one positive outcome of this club winning more than 4 games.
  9. Great news, enjoy the break Jack. Mclean and Jamar to join him Bruce, Davey with "general soreness"

I think the list we're putting together has fewer holes the size of Walsh, Ward, Godfrey, Kowal etc.
  11. Draft picks my son, draft picks!
  12. Stop it, I can't take it anymore
  13. No he looks alot better than they did at this stage of his development. Liam has that something special that draws people through the gates and makes those around him lift. A few weeks back when Davey handballed to Bennel who kicked it to Jurrah I almost wept at the sheer beauty of what I had just witnessed, when Liam then kicked the goal I thought of perfection and had I just seen it. I don't think we are kidding ourselves when it comes to Jurrah, I think he actually is that good.

  15. Some people need to lighten up
  16. 1. Frawley 2. Sylvia 3. Davey others improving or showing good signs: Jurrah, Grimes, Petterd, Bate, Bennel, Jetta, Watts.
  17. I thought it was ok
  18. Sydney have packed up for the year, Roos confirming as much in today's media. This game is a real worry, for me more so than Richmond and North. They are smart operators and if they want to lose they easily could. Grimes and Jamar out is a step in the right direction.
  19. To join Scully in the midfield
  20. It came from the official injury list, which is posted above by YM. OR: It came after MFC got really serious about not winning more than 4 games. Grimes will be fine, he's being rested so we don't beat the Swans. All going to plan he'll be back for the last 2 rounds. Wheatlley is out because we won both gams he played in. Yes, he's that good.
  21. Those French can be really hard on your back
  22. It really is a cool thread now
  23. Grimes out only helps the equation
  24. I never thought it would
  25. No, Melbourne won't tank Both out "injured"
