Let’s cut to the chase. One prediction for 2022. Back to Back!

Might be worthwhile drafting Sam Paea and Leek Aleer just to see what happens.

2021 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Mister Ed replied to TRIGON's topic in Melbourne Demons
If it turns out that we draft Taj Woewodin as a potential addition to our midfield stocks then I think our next priority would be to find a key forward to develop over the next few years in light of the fact that TMac and BBB are in their late 20s and Weideman is still not producing. To that end, it wouldn’t surprise if we traded up to get a pick in the mid to late first round to get such a player. -
6. Clayton Oliver 5. Christian Petracca 4. Bailey Fritsch 3. James Jordon 2. Max Gawn 1. Jack Viney

Agree. He also has a bit of toe.

How are the mid season draft picks determined and where will Melbourne’s selection(s) be placed?
-
Two years ago things were reversed and Melbourne was up at the top of the list with by far the highest number. Nobody gave a toss about us or demonstrated any sympathy for our plight. So yeah, big woop!

Anyone know where to find this week’s selected side?

Mac Andrew who was only 191cm two years ago but now 200cm. Lightly built. I think we have to keep his name under our hats.

That’s what they were saying before yesterday. However, the last two teams that we beat were St Kilda and GWS Giants and yesterday they disposed of the WC Eagles and Collingwood who were both considered finals candidates for this year and played off for the premiership in 2018. Maybe, our wins haven’t been too shabby after all?

Yes, but he did have one really good year with us in his first season, 2014 when we all thought he was going to become a champion for the club.

Not training related and a fair way from Casey Fields but it’s Friday so here’s an omen bet if there ever was one - DEMON TO BLAZE AT GEELONG – FRIDAY GREYHOUNDS TIPS

Hard to believe that it happened 16 years ago. RIP Broady.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - FRASER ROSMAN
Mister Ed replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Can anyone tell me whether the first grab of highlights above is from a practice match v Oakleigh Chargers or if it’s a Dragons interclub? -
Cats have lobbed in with a 2 year offer. Hope he takes it. I’m not a fan.

Prefer Mihochek

With all of the comings and goings in the football world, I would really like to hear a player of substance come out and say that Melbourne’s the club of his choice.

Where was this against Sydney and Fremantle?
-
Lucky we don’t have to win this by 50 points.

North Melbourne are in for a world of pain. Next year’s Adelaide.

Watts is coming back from injury and will struggle to get a game at Port Adelaide Tyson is injured and will have his work cut out staying on their list. After coming back from a knee, Dunn played a couple of games for the Pies (including v us) but is out of the side. Will probably retire at the end of the year. Does that answer your question?

I didn’t have the volume on so I stand to be corrected. Did I see #34 for MFC on the ground and if, so is that Marty Hore?
