The most common observation apart from Clarry's brilliance, is that the defence keep getting caught out in transition and are generally to loose on their direct match up. Word from the club is that Trenners isn't going to be spending valuable time trying to rediscover his acceleration. He has instead spent a considerable amount of hours working on his contested ball craft so he can become harder inside where his lack of speed wouldn't be as critical. Trenners presented to the club mid contract negotiations on what he would be doing differently if recontracted.
