		Welcome to Demonland: Luke Dunstan

Agreed and when he played last year, he was solid. Rewarding VFL form is also important. Goes down as a VFL Premiership player. Something to be proud of.

		Bayley Fritsch Sent for Scans

Definitely agree but would love to hear it straight.

		Hopefully! He's so vital.

		Bayley Fritsch Sent for Scans

I assume there is nothing routine about having a scan on a surgically repaired foot which you clearly re-injured to some degree during your return game. I know nothing but i'll ask. Club have kept this under wraps (even more concerning).

		Bayley Fritsch Sent for Scans

The longer this is delayed, the more likely you'd have to think the club is consulting specialists/surgeons for second opinions. Melksham & Dunstan both had their scan the same day as Fritta.

		Welcome to Demonland: Luke Dunstan

A really good club guy who brings great attitude and application to training every day. His team mates love him. I'm shattered for him. At the very least, he's ensured that Viney, Oliver and Sparrow (at times) have been accountable to consistent form so that has been positive.

Vale Charlie Tiang - Gone too soon.

The club have been informed that young Charlie has sadly passed. At such a tender young age. Condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace ❤️ For those unaware of his story - https://www.melbournefc.com.au/video/1413398/young-demon-charlie-tiang?videoId=1413398&modal=true&type=video&publishFrom=1692688458001

		2023 Injury List

Mid foot injury scans confirmed, Surgery tomorrow, 5 weeks out, Grundy with a week to show his wares before Fritta is ready. Potential for Smith to go back forward also.

		PREGAME: Rd 20 vs Richmond

Gus effectively took what could have been Dunstan's spot in the middle. I've said it before but it must be deflating knowing that no matter how well you perform at VFL level, it will only be an injury or in this case 2 or 3, that would see you promoted. I still see major issues with the selection process and integrity. Petty should be made to prove his worth at VFL level.

		PREGAME: Rd 18 vs Brisbane

Yes to Dunstan. Particularly against Brisbane, who don't have the quickest mids. With regards to Grundy, a week ago he was Champion Data's All Australia starting ruck, so it isn't all that bad. You need to take a few different looks before the finals. I don't think it's a clear-cut omission.

		Breaking: Stuart Dew gone

Brenton Sanderson MKII. Too close to the players. A mate first, coach second.
