That is really becoming tiresome. -

How can you be pretty clear favourites, against a side that has beaten you 14 times in a row, at the ground we are playing on, when we also play that ground terribly anyway. -
Quicker the better.

We actually have to find a way to win. Our record against them at ES is abysmal. Our record at ES against other teams is terrible as well. Saints smashed Blues by 92 points compared to our 54 point win. They are travelling well at the moment. They are the favourite against us in round 1. -
Thought I was doing it wrong.

Joel Selwood has cost his club the TAC sponsorship. I await the "penalty" with baited breath. Hope I haven't derailed the arguing.

Couldn't use it being chained up.

Unfortunately.

Has there ever been a worse film?

There are many reasons I regard Robbie as our best ever player, one of the nicest guys ever to don the red and blue and that you could meet and still mourn his passing, while at the same time hardly ever giving Garry Lyon a fleeting thought.

He is not only a clearance machine, he is tough both physically and mentally.

Well the context was usually poured from paper cups, or refilled beer cans. Charming. Most dangerous place at the ground was the visitors' race, where as Team Manager in 1979 under Big Carl, I was warned to not stand there watching the game.

Beg to differ, BBO, spit while disgusting, is possibly preferable to urine.

Speaking about revolting peasants, that reminds me of the masses of them at Victoria Park, in the good old days. Worse than revolting.

I am back guys, from my short sojourn. Let the bananas be smooth and not split. Unluckiest person of her day was Marie Antoinette, who lost her head for allegedly saying about the poor, who were starving, let them eat cake. Actually she said let them eat banana bread and it was the media of the day who got her guillotined unfairly. She was not even allowed to appeal to the AFL tribunal.

Give them the 4 points.

Guilty. Mea Culpa.

I thought we get an automatic upgrade before the season available to all clubs without the need for a LTI. Then more spots become available if players go on LTI list.

Storm in a teacup for mine whatever the background. Unless injured, Jack will be in the side for most of the season.

Melbourne Football Club - 2000 Premiers
Redleg replied to Straight Sets Simon's topic in Melbourne Demons
What, the dog ate our premiership cup and flag? Oh it's all ok, they are in Gil's draw. -
And so they should be, if they want to improve some of the poor articles written about footy in the last few years. Demonland is clearly a better writers' education source than journalism school.
