Just when I am getting interested in the draft, or the Rookie draft, to be more precise, with 3 picks, I hear we will only be using 2 of them.

No, I am just struggling to enthuse about 2 late picks, as our only draft booty from 2016.

Thought I would get in early as I would probably forget it tomorrow as I don't really care. Thursday 1- I know nothing.

I can see how hard it is to engender any enthusiasm for the draft, as it is pretty meaningless for us.

So are there any other runners for our get together annual dinner on the 29th. So far only WJ, Old Dee, Beelzebub and me. It is all you can eat Japanese at $30 per head and scintillating Demons discussion. Let me know on here by next wednesday and I will book for all interested.

Remember whatever the motivation, Jobe handed it back, it was not yet taken from him. To me therefore there was no winner in that year and 2nd place is not the winner. Might have been different if he been stripped of the medal by the AFL. I for one do not believe that Jobe knowingly took banned drugs. However, he has been found guilty of drug in sport offences. I predict a successful career after footy for Jobe, in the media, or in the AFL either coaching or within the AFL admin and a very large compo payment via the Bombers.
