Funny you should mention bananas, as I had a banana smoothie today that was excellent. It was at the bakery cafe on Burke Road near Toorak Road in Auburn I think the suburb is. The smoothie was ice cold which I love and contained honey, cocoa, chia, skim milk and magnificent banana.

Hope we don't lose again this weekend.

Did you notice what the boys were eating at half time of their games? When the cameras went into our rooms at a few games, several of the boys were enjoying a banana, to boost their energy levels. The secret ingredient of our success this year.
