Silly boy Jumbo, he might just want to go home. Then again he might not. If for example he was going to struggle for opportunity and wanted to go home, you would be against helping him out.
-
Someone just posted on Bigfooty that Rhys Stanley will go to GC for Ablett.
-
Dees just get 30 and 33 for Watts and 45. Give 30 to Lions for Schache. 66 to Dockers for Balic. Go to draft with a couple of picks unless we trade out say Kent or retire Garland.
-
4 days left for this thrilling trade period. Now where do I know that number from?
-
Whoa! Now stop all this horsing around fellas.
-
He knows already.
-
Before it gallops away from us.
-
Not according to the neigh sayers.
-
Hay, stop that.
-
It's fine it's only his 15th of the afternoon. Think they would be more upset about his suit.
-
What's a BAC?
-
Love Schache, baby Love Schache.

We will probably get the deal to Port done on Monday.

You always said you wanted a "stable" relationship.

They are my most hated AFL club south of Werribee.
-
And how is the salary of Gary paid in advance then recouped, if they don't get a Cat's player who has part of his salary paid by the Cats?
-
Vogon, are you suggesting a conspiracy to corrupt the game?
-
Huh, Clayton is Clarrie.
-
No its not.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARLEY BALIC
Redleg replied to ignition.'s topic in Melbourne Demons
We will get Balic for 66 or whatever, but Fritsch probably wouldn't be there at that pick. -
But the Cats said they wouldn't part with 34, why would they part with 19? Now they will offer 34 to the Suns.
-
I hope Clayton has a chat to Jason. The last good mate we missed was Ollie.
-
That would be good for us. Obviously we are confident of a later pick for Balic. Might have someone else in mind and hence the need for picks and salary cap room. Could be an interesting 5 days ahead for us. We have picked up the best player to change clubs. Not too bitter and unsavoury if Jack keeps his $500k per year and gets another year added.

Can't remember which thread I posted it in, but I said that Steve Hocking is the new CEO Football of the AFL and the inference was that they will be looked after. I can see them jumping back in after Stringer now. They said they wouldn't give 34 to us for Watts and they clearly won't give 20 or 21. They either offer 21 to Dogs for Stringer or give 34 to Suns for Ablett and keep 20 and 21. I think the other clubs will be pretty angry about this.

Think you have missed my point. I was answering Biff who said Roos got the best out of him. The stats disagree with that.
