    Neeld has learnt very quickly about how not to get savaged in the media - for him, it's all about harm minimisation. He is giving them nothing, and I love that. They've lowered their reporting to hearsay, conjecture and sensationalism. Putting his coaching aside, he is one quick learner.

    Just let him play on the HFF, wing and make him accountable. When the opposition has a press, he has to get involved and make sure he gets defensive. Btw, in the 2nd quarter, there was a loose ball with a GWS player coming one way, and JW coming the other way....he didn't shirk it. He got hurt, but got up and dusted himself off. Happened right in front of me.

    100% agree. Their core midfield group are lightning fast, courageous and skills are getting better. I believe that they will smack a team or two this year.

    Neeld made the assistant coaches leave the huddle early. He got the players in real close - the rest is history. Couple of observations: 1. Quite a few players sought out Scully to shake his hand....I hate him, but [censored], he knows how to run to space. 2. Moloney was BOG in the North game for fingerpointing....what a disgrace.

    This man is a quality footballer and a best of all, a quality individual.

    JW needs to be coached tomorrow. He'll get his butt tagged off, so he needs to keep moving.

    Demetriou has protected the competition in relation to keeping all the clubs solvent, but his agenda can be somewhat skewed. I suppose that poor management makes the club a real target.

    BH, your constant name calling of Neeld is getting tiresome. Critique his actions and be done with it. Leave the insults out of it. Further, after Neeld's first press conference, he has learnt, and learnt quickly. He feeds the media nothing.

    Yep, and they've dropped him before and he delivers the same inept performance. I doubt both his ability and potential.
