His statement is interesting. After saying he apologizes "Unreservedly", he adds that the apology is to "anyone who took it that way". This "if you were offended" tripe is added so when questioned, you can then say "Were you offended"? Why". It is aimed to make anyone who asks him about it, be put on the back foot to justify their outrage. he did it against Goodes as well. It is the opposite of Unreservedly apologising.

The manner Ralph was speaking I understood he was saying that he has been seen out everywhere and often. I get that it is possible that it could have been false sightings. Thats not how it sounded.

In watching Weids I was impressed that his opposition seemingly just stepped in front of him and held his place while the ball was coming down but not in the 5 metre exclusion. There was probably more to it. This effectively stopped his 2 step launch at the pack. Even the 1st time I realised the Tigers had put work into not letting him approach on his own terms without giving away a free. But the whistle must have been close to the mouth.

So I concentrated on trying to clear calendar to go to Olympic park for Practice match. No good. Thought about it incessantly. On the day, brain instantly switched to "Its only a practice match" mode and I only watched half. WTF?
