We have many new players now demanding a game at Demons and from watching yesterdays Casey match we have a few more that will be trying to get a game. We look well stocked. Even if a few left (Harmes, Laurie, Woey for example) for more games at a different club which is possible, we should consider combining our first pick (say 18) and the second Freo pick (say 21) for a future 1st with a club that we believe will have a top 8 pick, but thinks they are going to have a good season in 2024, maybe like Hawthorn. It spreads this harvest into the future.

We've had a very hard start to the season. Im happy to just get through this game with a win. And no injuries. We are travelling again next week.

Slightly left of centre: Why are grounds now made to be as hard as tennis courts. The soft grounds I played on last century made bouncing the ball tempting fate. No one got hurt hitting their head on the ground... Oh wait, Springvale. But still, why are the grounds so hard now?
