This is an extra ordinary amount of pressure… wouldn’t surprise me if this was the highest of any team this year… with that amount of pressure, no team would have beaten them last night

There was a joke going around that dees admin were pushing the AFL to change our home ground to Optus stadium. All jokes aside it seems that the dimensions of the MCG don’t suit our game plan. We struggled there last year and baring a couple of matches this year we haven’t been able to string 4 good qtrs together. It seems to me that the extra width of the ground breaks down our defensive structure and exposes our backline. The larger ground also mitigates our explosive mids. This has become more than a coincidence and needs to be addressed in the off season.
