Scary scenario. I would be gutted to miss out on 13 wins

Optus Stadium - 165m - 130m Etihad Stadium - 160m - 129m MCG - 161m - 138m The width of the ground is exactly like etihad. We play well on narrow grounds. I’m backing us in to win this- Run home to Finals - 2018
It’s not the exact dimensions of the G... it’s closer to Etihad- Daisy: AFLW's a Gimmicky Tournament
100% correct.- Daisy: AFLW's a Gimmicky Tournament
It’s a fledgling competition that still needs to find its place. There’s a fine balance between keeping interest levels up and over saturation. For the last 2 years TV rights were sold for nothing and admission to the games has been free. As soon as the men’s comp starts then the woman’s game is forgotten. The woman’s GF was played in round 1 of the men’s and didn’t get exposure. The plan for the women’s game looks forward 20 years. It’s much more important now to get mass exposure over 8 games then compromised exposure over 12.- Daisy: AFLW's a Gimmicky Tournament
I’m sure you know more than the afl about setting up a league. They have spent millions of dollars and employed the best minds. I’ll take their advise over yours- Run home to Finals - 2018
Top 4??? What planet are you on? We need to win 3 from 6 just to make the 8 and we haven’t beaten anyone in the top 8 all year. We will be lucky to make the 8- Run home to Finals - 2018
Fingers crossed that lions beat Adelaide next week essentially knocking them out of the race. Adelaide then might start resting players for next year.- Run home to Finals - 2018
I can’t see us beating geelong, Adelaide, WC or Sydney. That’s also giving us a win against GWS when isn’t an easy task.- Changes vs Western Bulldogs
Lewis made the correct decision. No point taking himself out of the play only to create a one on one. The idea was to let 2 freo players rush at the ball creating Jordan as the loose man. It almost came off. I’ll trust Jordan’s judgment with 300 games over yours- Run home to Finals - 2018
14 wins??? That hasn’t happened since we had 18 clubs. 23 will be sufficient- Run home to Finals - 2018
North easy? Sydney, Collingwood, Adelaide and west coast. Could lose all 4- Demons Grand Plan for Yarra Park Training HQ
Fortunately a handful of residents don’t decide public policy. ‘A visual barrier’... give me a break. There a plenty of high rise building in the area and this would be inline with the character- Demons Grand Plan for Yarra Park Training HQ
Lucky you aren’t driving this with your defeatist attitude. MFC has plenty of clout at both local and state governments. You could easily spin this as an improvement to the area and a benefit for the community- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Massive??? He will be thrown around like a rag doll at AFL- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Another Goodwin pearler... he is all over the shop- The youngest most inexperienced side
Incorrect... premiership sides all have very similar games and age makeup. Against tigers: 80 games, 24.5 age, 10 players under 50 and 3 over 150. premiership sides: Tigers 2017: 104 games, 25 age, 4 under 50, 8 over 150 crows R/U: 109 games, 26 years, 1 under 50, 7 over 150 The recipe to success is average over 100 games, 26 years, 3/4 of the team over 100 games. we had 6 players on the weekend over 100 games. Almost 10 short of what we need.- Gaming - we are out!
You can’t compare sports wagering and the pokies. The pokies are essentially programmed that you can’t beat the house. Sports wagering is a skill dependent on an ability to pick winners. The house just takes a % of the spread.- Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Supporters have an expectation that the club is ruthless on and off the field. Mediocracy hasn’t got us far for the last 60 years- Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Agree...- Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
And pick up a player that doesn’t want to join your club and on top of that suddenly come up with $800k on a maxed out salary cap. No chance- Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
There is talk that Melbourne are considering giving up 1st pick for 2017 and 2018. If we agree to Adelaide’s demands then it shows that our recruiting department have no idea. Grow some balls, stick by your original plan and make Adelaide sweat that lever will walk away for nothing. As it stands at the moment lever isn’t even in your top ten best players... only a top 10 player in the whole league is worth 2 first picks- Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Adelaide are in no position to negotiate. Either take what Melbourne gives you or the kid walks into the draft and Melbourne get him for free. Trelor was worth 2 first rounders. Lever is no where near trelor. Giving Crows 1st and 2nd round picks imo is still overs. - Run home to Finals - 2018
