I reckon we should invite @gOLLy to attend training and give us his insights. We could call his report the Good Golly Gosch Goings-on.

Schache was given a one year deal. I have no idea whether we'll re-sign him or not at the end of 2023.
-
For those who came in late, Kevin is Kozzy's father.
-
I'd happily trade him to Geelong in return for Max Holmes (faint whispers he might be on the move).
-
It gets worse, @Roost it far. With the pre-finals bye, we'll be stewing for two weeks.
-
I wonder if supporters of our Test cricket team have ever considered a giant Travis Head head.
-
I think what annoys people is that Hardwick quit mid-season citing burnout, only to bob up not long afterwards with a seven year deal, presumably for big money, at an AFL expansion club.
-
Even back then, Max was doing the "spin the ball in the hands" routine before taking his kick.

Have the Demon Army been losing their heads?

I can't imagine both of them making the trek to Casey.

Don't forget that Jimmy's a drummer. He likes to bash things.

Phil Davis, inaugural co-Captain of GWS and ex-Crow, has pulled the pin.

Here is a list of all the people who are surprised that Hardwick got the Gold Coast gig.

Injured and out for the rest of the year, alas. He was on the verge of senior selection too, it was reported.

Not very good ones. Me no Leica.

He is indeed. In AFLW games, the role is allocated to his wife, Joan of Ark.

Hello Geelong!!! Ohhh ... hello Cliff.

You're keeping Peter Dutton hostage?

I reckon it goes back a lot further than the 70s, @Macca. The expression also recognises the skill and total control of the footy by the kicker in that he can deliver the ball so that it lands on his teammates chest lace in or out as desired.
-
It's actually a very old footy expression that was laughingly asked of a teammate (usually the full-forward) about how he'd prefer the footy to be delivered for a chest mark - laces in or laces out? "Laces out" was preferred because it was easier to mark and didn't bruise the flesh. It essentially means a perfect kick that hits the target exactly as planned.

In Bourke Street?

Free kick Demonstone!

They know who all the money has been for and the punters are obviously backing Melbourne.

The umpiring standards have nothing to do with the fixture. You seem to have an unhealthy fixation with umpires.
