Why the AFL didn’t mandate that they carve out 5 rows from that centre wing area on both side beggars belief. There is no load bearing structure there and at most will reduce the stadium capacity by a max 500 ppl.

The person who approved that is likely the same person who is overseeing the salary cap audit
