  1. I hope we have got the right guy for the job.
  2. Hose already has a contract for 2026 which was confirmed when Ebert came onto the list
  3. Correct, North Melbourne just want to win. Eden is leaving for the money. Eden's partner Nikita looked very happy at the Best and Fairest Count this evening.
  4. Gold Coast now plans to send Pick 14 from the Anne Hatchard deal and a future second to Melbourne for Picks 17 and 27. Therefore, we will have picks 9 from Fremantle and 14 from Gold Coast for the first round in the AFLW draft.
  5. There are only 2 AFLW players that can be paid at the Level 1 Salary Band and that is Kate Hore and Tyla Hanks for Melbourne. Eden Zanker will be a Level 1 Salary Band at Fremantle. I went this evening at the Best and Fairest Count.
  6. Yes, I agree with you @deanox . Denby played very well against Geelong and was very unlucky to be dropped for the Preliminary Final, but someone had to make way for Chaplin and Zanker to come back into the side. I'm surprised that Denby hasn't been offered a contract.
  7. I would be surprised if Prasad comes for training in December and January.
  8. More importantly Libby Birch is going have her hands full this Saturday and I hope our forwards to give her a good workout. I can't wait to see it.
  9. Thank you Kev. You do such a great job putting the training reports together. More importantly it was great to meet you in person 3 weeks ago. Cheers.
  10. I went to the game today at Casey Fields. Judd McVee was there wearing the Melbourne Scarf; Tom Campbell was there with his son. And more importantly Jeff Farmer was at the game as well. I couldn't believe it seeing the original Wiz at the game.
  11. Thank you for the heads up Craig T. I will have to leave earlier.
  12. And more importantly Luke Jackson
  13. The 2026 is going to be a very strong draft. It would be great to have 2 early first rounders for this draft year and 2 first rounders for next year 2026 which will set us up very well.
  14. Kenny Rogers is watching you Tim Lamb. The Losing Gambler.
  15. There was a Code Sports article that we were the first club to interview Sullivan Robey which was done by Jason Taylor.
  16. Sam Edmund, Melbourne is showing interest in Hawthorn's Changkuoth Jiath. Sam Edmund is reporting that the Demons have emerged as a potential suitor for the contracted Hawk.
  17. Will Hayward is now all but certain to join Carlton, reports SEN's Sam Edmund. Hayward's openness to Blues was first reported by SEN's Tom Morris earlier today and it now appears that the forward will definitely make up a large part of Sydney’s offer to Carlton. His teammate Ollie Florent is also every chance of being added to the deal after being told to assess his options by the Swans. Florent will be 28 years next year with 4 years to go on his contract with Sydney.
  18. Someone has texted into the studio.
  19. Pickers said it was a secret Medical on Trade radio
  20. The 6PR commentators don't know many of the Melbourne AFLW players by name.
  21. There is a great article on Code Sports on Mature-age draft prospect Latrelle Pickett. "The Glenelg mature-age draft prospect’s cousins include Melbourne premiership star Kysaiah Pickett and Port Adelaide Norm Smith Medallist Byron Pickett. Kysaiah is five years older, but he is close with Latrelle, who describes him as like a big brother. “It’s pretty surreal to watch him,” Latrelle, 19, said. " "“We text a lot, ring a lot and when he played that last game (in July) against the Crows, I stayed at his hotel and went to the game with him and met a couple of the boys. " Originally from Port Lincoln, Latrelle played under-18s at Norwood, only to return home. Glenelg lured him back to Adelaide after he impressed in a Nunga carnival. Kysaiah’s advice to Latrelle has been “keep at it and hopefully you’ll make it to the big stage one day”. The thought of lining up alongside or against the Demons livewire is “pretty crazy”. I'm very intrigued to know is whether Jason Taylor has interviewed Latrelle as yet.
  22. Do you think young whopper will be taken as a Rookie @dazzledavey36 . I'm interested to hear your opinion.
  23. Welcome Back. Two Riv's are better than one. https://youtu.be/Mmm3KTa601s.
  24. Can a mathematician see if this works for GC to still match Uwland and Patterson? WCE Get: Pick 7, 8 WCE Give: Pick 2, 34, 38, No Bid @ 1 GC Get: Petracca, Pick 24, 28, 38 GC Give: Pick 7, 8 Melbourne Get: Pick 2, 34 Melbourne Give: Petracca, Pick 24, 28, No Bid @ 2 A few assumptions: Big gap between Duursma, CDT and rest of draft cohort (per Twomey) Melbourne being very keen on CDT (makes sense on paper) Aggressive pick trading is something we have tried many times in the past.
  25. https://youtu.be/bMpHi55k9fE. I'm not very happy at all watching this.
