Dogs wouldn't do that trade. I think some are being a bit harsh on Trac and soft on the club. Some saying Trac shouldn't let his frustrations get into the media but the footy world is a bubble and people talk. Hell, the club was happy to openly air their dirty laundry to try and send Oliver a message over the off-season. The Peter Ryan article suggests that he made his issues known to the club before his injury. Since then it seems those issues have either been ignored or left unresolved to the point where he apparently would seek a trade if he could. That is a massive indictment on the football department.

Feels like a reset would do the club a world of good. Too much stagnation, too much in-fighting, too many spotfires to continue putting out. Too much laid on the shoulders of Gawn and Viney when Goodwin and Richo should be getting this stuff under control. The rot has been festering for the better part of two years now. Club should be doing an external review. An internal review run by the people who allowed this situation to manifest seems like an utterly pointless exercise, Pert is the king of spin and Roffey seems woefully out of her depth.
