Perhaps we lost the game because were not in front when the siren went. A million reasons why we lose, Bartram not just kicking the ball of the ground which lead to Griffens match winner is just one of them. We made mistakes which our endeavour and vigour sort of make up for, but at the end of the day they are mistakes that really good teams dont make, and thats cool, we have a long way to go before we are a very good side. But i am enjoying this season more than any in memory.

I have been all for letting Wattsy get some form and find touch, i think its time, i heard bailey say his last couple weeks have been good, he needed to kick goals to compliment his game. well he has done that. to be honest, i am not sure i can stand more watts speculation, if he does not play, then has a quiet match for Casey, we are back to square one. Get him in, and end all the chat. The Kid deserves his shot!

i reckon Scully and Trengove must have been water births, they were sublime. Cruel way to lose, but i drank all night and just looked at my glass, and it remains half full. Its a grand old flag. Sometimes with tackles its not how many we lay, its the intensity and area that we lay them which is the Key, both those were down against North, something i hope is back up to speed on Friday night. If we are not on the ball early against the dogs, then we will be done at qtr time. Im expecting a free for all shoot out, lots of run, lots of transition.

Yep, couldnt agree more. he has good footy smarts, finds space, knows when to lead, great mark, lovely kick. He has kicked 15 goals this year already, he could easily kick 50+ goals this season if he plays majority as a fwd. The beauty of him playing fwd now is we are no longer robbing peter to pay paul, we have capable ball winners across half back and ball carriers.

Thats really sad news. So much to like about ricky, good over head, great on the ground, has a little bit of mongrel about him and you can tell he loves to be involved in the play, sounds silly i know, but he looks like he wants to be in every contest, and that is infectious. Someone else can now shoulder (pun intended) the fwd line responsability.

Correct. While i love Demon supporters being abnoxious and up and about for once, alot had some serious head wobble about them and the top 4 chat was insane. To be honest i find top 8 chat a little far fetched. have to learn to win games we should, have to learn to win at ETIHAD, that is a priority. i know we dont play to there to often, but we should be better than that at a ground which has 2 sets of goals, just like any other ground. I am really disappointed we lost, i hate losing, we are not a good enough team to give the opposition 50 point starts. But on the flip side, in previous years that may have been a 10 goal thrashing, so improvement is evident, how much is the question!
