If his age hadn’t been mentioned I certainly wouldn’t have guessed he was 26, for some reason just feels like he has been around longer. Anyway I am happy for him to join us as depth but I would be a bit disappointed if he was to go straight past Jordan and Sparrow. It feels like another club would be a better fit to be perfectly honest.

Not for me, it’s ground hog day here. Just turned the tv on and on Fox Footy Grand Final replay 11.10 to go in the third qtr. I think I might watch it.

Wow just wow. Does Hutchy run Trade Radio?

Surely he was meaning in a couple of years? If not this would have to be one of the stupidest things that’s ever been said on trade radio.

Interesting he thinks Oliver is a million dollar player, I was listening to his radio show a couple of months ago and he was talking about superstars. He didn’t even have him in the category below superstar and now he thinks he’s worth a mil a year. He does love a headline. I agree with him though it is going to be tuff pleasing everybody but other successful teams have managed so I have faith we will also.

Goody on the Sunday Footy Show at the moment, sounds as rough as guts. Love it.

Well I am hoping while the players are in a drunken state and signing some club merchandise Gary Pert and Tim Lamb put long term contract extensions in front of Oliver and Jackson.

Yeah me too. My dad took me to the 88 one when I was only 12 I still remember spending most of the day reading the record. We got smacked in both of those games by two of the best teams in the modern era. This is different we have been the best all year, our best is better than theirs. But if where slightly off and don’t take our opportunities or a bit of luck goes their way 🤮. This will be even more painful.

Not sure about everyone else but I have absolutely hated the week off between preliminary and grand final. One thing I have learned through it though is I much prefer review shows than preview shows. I mean seriously some of the garbage that has been mentioned is just laughable. Today will either be one of the greatest days of our lives or one of the most painful. If we play our best we win and it’s a great day bring it on.

How good was it.

Great interview, what an absolute legend of a person and so happy he played for Melbourne. Disappointing the timing and lack of any seconds football just didn’t give him that chance to push for selection. But he will always be remembered by the football club and members.

Agree with the Libba bit, I personally feel McRae is getting about as many votes as he deserves.

I am surprised people are getting upset about how many votes Bontempelli is getting. The guy is a superstar and had a great year.
