Wow, how bad are North playing.

Hi Dr, I am one of those members not turning up. In my case it’s not that I don’t won’t too but various reasons. Work for me meant I couldn’t attend the first few games, I am lucky enough to be going on a holiday to NZ this week and I am trying to avoid contact with anybody this week as I don’t want to miss out on that. Despite buying my membership ages ago I only just got my barcode sorted on Thursday so even if I was able to go I couldn’t. My much better half is also very susceptible to Covid so I am trying to lay as low as possible.

Great quarter, if we play four quarters against a rubbish team this year It could get really ugly.

If our midfield start working flat out we win this easily, if they keep running around like a training drill we could lose this.

It feels like where playing us from a couple of years ago. Dominating around the ground and clearances but not on the score board.

I know it’s early in the season but it feels like the change in holding the ball interpretation has made it more inconsistent than previously. And the insufficient intent rule is horrible.

How good is it seeing the crowd reaction to that goal.

We didn’t play great but won and an added bonus Essendon are 0-3 and highly likely not to play finals. Not a bad night.

We have been our own worst enemy, we should be five goals in front and in full control but where not. If we lose the frustration levels will be maxed out. Hopefully we can find our composure make the most of our opportunities and have a good win.

How bad are Sydney playing, average game to watch.

Is it just me or are St Kilda the most middle of the road team in the comp. I think they will win a good number of games but are miles away from winning a premiership.

Winning ugly is better than losing, take the wins anyway the come not going to be many easy games this year.

This is going to be one very even season.
