I pinched a nerve in my neck and my Dad has the flu. We’re not all fair weather supporters - sometimes there are a lot of reasons why people don’t turn up. Playing an interstate team at the G will rarely draw a big crowd.

Still fuming about how we got cooked last night.

The physicality of the game and the conditions in which it was played made the loss of Tom Sparrow through suspension all the more significant. While the loss of one player likely makes no difference to a result, to what extent would Sparrow have helped us in the clearance contest, around stoppage and giving our mids a rest through rotation during the game.

We are making up the numbers this year. We aren’t anywhere near good enough for a flag. Pathetic effort to play for 10mins of one quarter - we got what we deserved even with the shafting by the umpires.
