I reckon Goody has held the team back a bit during the season, which has probably led to the Flat Track Bullies tag. Even running at 75% we were too good for most opponents, but in the last couple of games the spread is better and the team looks quicker. May have burnt out going at full gameplan for the whole season.

Goody should just keep matching up on them. If there is 8 or 9 forwards on 8 or 9 backs then so be it.

Oddly, the NFL Pro Bowl had that format for a few years but has gone back to AFC/NFC teams. So many other things to fix and yet this is what the time gets spent on.

Seems GWS are somewhere between 1 and 2 million over the cap for 2019, based on current contracts. Which is why Shiel is on the market, as Coniglio and Kelly are out of contract next year. I'm sure Carlton will take 10 spuds off their hands.
