    The players who most appreciate the banners along with everything else we do (besides Melksy) are BBB, Langers, Harmesy, Ricky Lever and Brodie. These guys are also hands down the friendliest and the ones who engage with us the most. Choco, Goody and Richo are also super appreciative. ❤️💙 Conversely, there are some players who don’t engage at all and even one who is notoriously rude to DA members. Not gonna name them but it’s like with any group of individuals in life: some are not as pleasant as others.

    That would’ve been cool but we only celebrate total number of AFL games. Melks got his 200th game banner last year for which he was very grateful. Some players show their appreciation more than others. Langers is also particularly grateful for things like this. So we all stood on the graphic (very small crew tonight) and were filmed yelling out, “Go Eddy! The Demon Army love you!” We know he’ll love it. ❤️💙

    I wouldn’t sit in that temporary stand at Old Trafford if my life depended on it. Especially right up the top. It looks like a collapse waiting to happen. There’s no protection overhead, nor at the sides. It makes level 4 nosebleeds at the ‘G look inviting.

    Yeah, it was made public a couple of days after it happened. He sprained his ankle and that caused a fracture in a bone in his foot. As of yesterday he’s out of the boot, and is “absolutely rapt” about that.

    Bevo punched the whiteboard at halftime breaking his hand yet didn’t say anything and didn’t get treatment until he arrived back in Melbourne. Imagine the pain! AND they lost a heart-stopper.

    You may’ve mentioned it once or twice or a hundred times. 🤨 ‘Twas for the betterment of all that I chose to forgo postgame revelling since I’d been up for 36 hours and delirium and alcohol don’t mix. I would’ve been a danger to myself and/or you guys and/or the fine folk of the Gold Coast. 🥴

    We couldn’t announce it any earlier since our guests hadn’t confirmed. As it was, we were meant to have it on the 7th, the night before our Saints game. (The Club decided not to have a retro round this season so we had our own unofficial retro round) but it’s difficult to have everyone available on the one night.
