PREGAME: Rd 05 vs Essendon
Howes, yes get him in. Will be a 2023 Premiership player so may as well start to get him ready now. After the last 2 weeks i doubt we will see a TMac BBB forward combo again for a while. Its either of these 2 MFC legends with JVR. It has worked well over the last fortnight and for whatever reason it has hardly ever really clicked with the former combo, other than a few games including the most important of the last 57 years so thats cool. TMac is the comeback specialist who peaks after returning to seniors then tapers off, maybe injured, to the point of being dropped. Then cycle repeats. BBB also does this so may as well rotate them throughout the year.

Your Top 5 Demons Players of All Time
Been watching since 1972 Best of all time for sheer football iq, competitiveness, slight of hand and a club changer has to be Clayton. From the very first bounce he has been differently special. The closest player in regards to skill I can think of is Diesel. 1. 2. Max : He captained the boys to the holy grail. Culture changer. Superstar for a decade. 3. Robbie: An incredible player but was prone to injuries which has to be a factor. Just an out and out legend. 4. Petracca: Everything we ever wanted and more. Franchise (hate that word) player 5. Jack Viney. By far and away the most ferocious player I have seen. Sets the tone. I rate that. Special mention. May, Neita and Lyon Live and love what we have now as it wont last forever. We have had our fair share of spuds.

Casey Demons off season
Just a hunch based on 3 Stingrays games I saw. Thought he was a gun from what I saw.

What I'd Like to See from the MFC in Twenty Twenty Three
10 years ago we all would have just wanted to see us be competitive. 10 years later and I hope we never hear that vomit again.

DRAFT DAY ONE: THE 2022 AFL NATIONAL DRAFT
Claytons inability to be the same as everyone else is what makes him the ultimate living legend!

2022 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May
The best recruit our club has ever brought in from another club. Ever.

I always thought he was straight?

2022 Player Reviews: #24 Trent Rivers
Serious long term talent. I would like to see him have a run through the midfield. Centre clearance potential for sure.

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
We got the Loys!

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
He was certainly not reliable. Not sure where you boys get your rose coloured glasses from. Nor was he handy. A week to week asset is rubbish, more so weak to weak. Absolute spud in the dark ages.

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
Over how many years? How many with us? How many points? 280 goals in 70s in 140 in 2020s.

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
Nah, he was a spud. Yes agree with violent 70s comparative.

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
Brewer was incredibly soft, a turn over merchant, and embodied dark dark ages of the late 70s.

We cannot draft again from WA
OK. An over the top reaction is too when the reaction is too extreme and not suitable, or demanding too much attention or effort, especially in an uncontrolled way. All sorted now mate?

Josh Bruce
I agree! What sort of miserable dog would bag any of the immortals 12 months on. Obsessively weird

JVR, Laurie, Howes, AMW, Turner, Chandler
Blake "Thurston" Howes is the one. Going to be a very good player.

Trade and Free Agency rumours
Tom Hawkins 2 first quarter gf goals from ruck throw is why. The way the game is played a dominant ruck in forward line is critical. Then want from outside def centre square back. The team needs to have someone take advantage of forward 50 throw in and stoppages and get it to the magicians or goal themselves rather than have the ball taken away easy. Forward 50 pocket bombs away! Anyway thats how I see it working
