We have a very Good Coach in Mc Qualter stop him from going to WA in his Final Interview at Training sessions he Encourages and the Players like Him NOT SO SURE THEY LIKE GOODWIN

Definitely think he needs 1-2 new voices around him, esp in terms of game-style and nuance things like running patterns, transition especially a very correct observation. HOWEVER my point is he does not take any Notice of his Assistants its his way . My suggestion is we get Simpson OR SOMEONE coach similar just to Put pressure on him lets face it our game plan no longer works

The Hawks Cats give opportunities to YOUNG Players look at Goodwin took ages to play Monez Wakefield and then selected him kicking and screaming his reference to Fullarton was quite Rude these are only 2 of several incidents . My suggestion is we get Adam Simpson as an assistant coach he is a man of quality tell Goodwin to heed his advice or else. The current review will find that Goodwins people skills and listening to advice is sadly lacking he has a closed mind but if he is confronted and told you are on your last chance we might see some success

The Coach and Fitness areas are in need of a shake up just look at our AFLW Coach his assistants and Fitness staff they provide a great Enviorment for the Players and have respect I cannot say the same For Goodwin
