My view after watching the last 2 games Jefferson a bust….I’ll sell my house if he makes it Woewodin almost good enough Schache uninspiring but maybe needed Brown cooked like the last snag on the bbq at 10pm on GF night Sestan miles away MW never make it Turner play him in the ones FFS Melksham yesterdays news oh and to top the weekend off I think Gawn might be cooked. I love big Maxy but we saw what we saw the last fortnight.

People calling for Brown to play should watch him at Casey. Collingwood would run off him like kids at a picnic.

Maybe it's as simple as our coach is out of ideas and our skipper is out of gas. Add that fact that our best midfielders now have half a dozen competitors that are better than them and we're back being middle of the road.

We’ve lost our dare, we get pressured in our D50 and seem to fumble and mis kick. We no longer have Max waiting to gobble up the quick kick out. I’d love to see them run and move the ball with some dash and maybe that will return.

The issue is we don’t blood enough youngsters. ANB started well yesterday then left, Harmes the same, Spargo and Chandler were off and TMac is not the present or the future. That’s 5 of your 22 not doing much. I’d prefer we play Schache, Turner and one of Laurie or Woewodin, or a bit of both and look to seeing where our list is at. Problem is we should have been doing that since round 1 and I can’t see Goodwin changing things up much from know on. We’re “stuck” at the top and look stale and unadventurous. Surely with Petty out and Turner playing well you get him into the side? How many poor games does Spargo get to play before Laurie has a chance? TMac over Schache? At least Schache can run. (I can’t believe I want Schache in the side but what’s the alternative?)

Sure, but every time we come up against it by a lesser side such as Freo we should be able to withstand it and beat them. We don’t, we roll over and die, starting with Gawn.
