WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Interesting pretty sure I saw BB testing the wind direction in the car park outside gate 2 security were placing witches hats all the way back near the train station.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Spot on Id ask for a second or 3rd rounder back next year if we have to give 2 seconds. I think he will improve us, but he ain't in the same league as Cameron, sure he scores goals but contested marking is my concern especially with our forward half game style, there's not much space for leads

Picks 31 and 68 should be enough

Farewell Braydon Preuss
Would stocking up on next year's picks be a better option considering everyone on trade radio mention how compromised this draft is and next year's is very stong?
-
Rumour only file ...
Good post, i would love someone at the club to answer this as I know alot of Dees members have the same questions and we are being feed a bit of dribble.

Mahoney's Trade Plan
Pretty strong team on paper, I don't mind if they back in Baker at minimum he's quick and highly competitive, thats a good start. A preseason with Langdon should do him the world of good. A pacy small forward should be on the cards draft or trade in, probably taking malkshams spot

TMac on the Trade Table?
2 years ago he was worth a top 10 pick, he's had his injuries and when a side is pushing a player out with a 5 year contract there's no way you'd pay that. He is worth a second rounder when taking everything into consideration as is T Mac when you factor KPP are harder to find
-
Adam Treloar
Fair enough, I don't know much about there contracts, but I know good teams win premierships so I'd try to sell that to the players.
-
Adam Treloar
I love Clarry, but I say take the pies to the cleaners, gain a top player make them pay half his wage... just make sure we have enough dough for our guns when they come out off contract.
-
Adam Treloar
No way trade any off our gun mids we need depth and adding Trelor would compliment it perfectly. T Mac for Trelor pies to pay 200k off Trelors contract per year remaining ? and extend Clarrys contract

Burgess to be our wild card here?
-
TMac on the Trade Table?
Matt Rendale on SEN suggest Melbourne should be all over Trelor suits our Midfield perfectly. T Mac for Trelor and pies to pay 200k off Trelors contract per year remaining?

Hibberd Extends for 2021
I hope he goes around one more year in that playing assistant role, maybe plays 5/8 games as depth

TMac on the Trade Table?
Wouldn't give him away for nothing, give him a preseason shadowing May and make him you're second tall defender. All hinges on us being able to get Brown though regardless, don't know about our cap situation.

Dissecting the List
I hate to accept it but I think the article is pretty spot on, on most points although Trac and Oliver are definitely A grade and no way we trade ether of them. I am a little worried the pies are trying to free up cap space for a shot at Trac, so we need to extend both these boys quick smart

Oliver Rumours on Footy Classified
Can't see why he doesn't... robust exit interview to point out his areas to improve, I'm expecting a Petracca type preseason
-
Oliver Rumours on Footy Classified
I think Oliver can take a look at Neals brownlow speech, when he said the coaches wanted him to brake away from the stoppage with ball in hand then kick or handball get more yardage and free up team mates or have a shot for goal Oliver is absolutely key to our premiership chance, as G.Lyon said probably already the best Demons midfielder ever, and he is still learning

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Excellent post exactly my thoughts on Jackson, we won't be so predictable always going to max out of defense and once at the wing still have tall targets inside 50 to kick to. Could be a real weapon for us having Jackson, Brown Weed, and Maxy as marking targets all over the ground

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
I may have missed the news but have Brown or Smith said they coming to Dees??

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Trends come and go, this speed and pressure game steams from Richmond's success, now it's up to Goody and all other coaches to come up with a new style to beat it. They still use a big power forward as a reference point going into attack.

Assistant Coaches 2021
Agree my short list would be.. Voss Hodge R Harvey And try get N Balm back as head of football, probably the most important position we need experience

Oliver Rumours on Footy Classified
Absolutely, midfield coach has a the best ruckman and a gun young midfield to work with has to get them gelling better, I was shocked to find out we are no good in clearances
