IF the Pies win , Dees and Lions Draw , Freo win and the Swans lose. The top six would be Cats,Pies,Demons,Lions,Freo then Swans. This would be great for us .

I can see clubs chasing Tomlinson and Bedford . Personally we have a lot of small forwards , one player will go. Tomlinson is finding it hard to break into the back six , ideally we should have tried him as a forward. BB and Weid are not up to it . On the subject of Naughton will cost too much and he lacks consistency.

Need to finish top 4 , not terribly worried about playing away to Swans on their home turf. Wouldn't like to play Brisbane away in the finals .

We had plenty of time to produce ( may not be possible ) another version of T.Mac via the reserves . Tomlinson , Howes and Turner. I know Turner and Howes suffered injuries . The team needs another T.Mac who could make B.Brown a better player . We seem to roll the dice with the same sort of players really to no avail. Changes In Bowey ,JVR , Smith and Chandler. Out Hunt, Melksham, Hibbert, Spargo or Swallow.

Perhaps it is not a bad idea to get Hogan, who should we give up for him . Possibly Weid and steak knives !!! . I would doubt it very much that this going to happen.

I would love to see Joel come into the seniors but I think he is underdone . We will see won't we !!!!! Possibly Dunstan will come in and Petracca could play more forward .

I can see the Joel , JVR combo being a hit in the VFL next week , pity they were forced to rest due to the "stupid" bye.

Some of us have said play Joel forward finally the penny has dropped . When he plays back he seems to get injured a lot ,time and time again. If he breakdown playing forward so be it then we can say he is injury prone . The Weid should play as a ruck rover or play in the forward or back pocket no a major position. Less pressure on Sam will go along way to boost his confidence.

The Kangaroos should re locate to Geelong next year , bound to 8 extra game win via easy kills and think about the massive percentage gained .

The Dees should go after Buddy for a little extra what the swans are gong to pay him . Think about the upside of this occurrence which is increased membership.

So much for a level playing field , Essendon , Carlton , Collingwood and Richmond don't have to play the Cats at their home ground. Why Geelong seemingly get quality and experienced players is that they are highly unlikely to end up in the bottom eight due to the easy home ground advantage kills. Playing West Coast twice happened to be an advantage to them , no one would expect the Eagles would be that sh.t . Perhaps to even up the competition all sides should keep their 1st rounder for at least 2 yrs.

Based on Lobb's age and his performance against the Dees . Freo will be lucky to get a 3 Rd rounder from GWS . Lodd might make a handy forward for some clubs . I cannot see Freo being able to satisfy our needs with their draft picks . West Coast would have more to offer however Luke may not want to join them . I have a gut feeling that he will stay at Melbourne for the next two years .

Surely the f.ck J.Smith (44) is not playing defence again , the selectors must be sh.t scared to try something out of the ordinary. Probably trying to cover their arses.

Some demon people think JVR needs more weight and muscle and therefore cannot play seniors this year. That type of thinking is rubbish, look at Mac Andrew !!!!!!

I thought there was a suggestion that J.Smith was going to play forward . Another breakdown from playing defence whether it be via Casey or Demons he will end up getting de listed.

I think by memory some past Demon player didn't want to sign on like Jackson . This player was dropped from the seniors. The player might have been Rivers ( the one who went to Geelong) or it could be the midfielder who went to Carlton. Does anyone else know of this occurrence ? Yes I am suggesting Jackson gets dropped at the end of the home and away matches if he hasn't signed. Brayshaw should be played up forward thou he is a good backman . I also thought we were going to turn Rivers into a midfielder like Hodge ex Hawks.

Notice that Baker ended up with 121 deam points ( sounds like B.S ) , so why do some Demonlanders want him delisted ? Perhaps he needs to play in a different position to enhance his chance for senior selection .
