In Jason Taylor we trust!
He deserves a statue outside the G. The man's a genius

Welcome to Demonland: Taj Woewodin
I thought Roos took the coin and left before the job was finished so I was dirty on him there for a few years. But there is no doubt he took over a rabble and instilled some defensive organisation and fortitude. His appointment signaled to the world that we were serious about finally getting our act together. We needed the gravitas and authority that only a Roos like figure could provide And he selected Goody, provided him with 2 years cover while he got to know the club and form relationships with the players. Roos handed over the reigns to Goody with a list and club that was in much better shape than when he took over. I donโt want to over-state his influence. Goody was absolutely the architect of our flag but Roos was critical in turning us from a basket case to a competent AFL team. Goody did the rest.

Grand Final Celebration at the G
31,000 would be a poor show. We should be getting closer to 50,000.

Welcome to Demonland: Blake Howes
Looks a very good prospect. I reckon this steal makes up for the loss of Mac Andrew. Swings and roundabouts

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
Fair point. I dislike Bruce as well but I agree if JVR produces Bruce 2021 like form weโll be happy.

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
Looks a great prospect. Hopefully another JT special (although i wish fox hadn't compare him to Josh Bruce)

Tonightโs Draft - The First Crack
Mac Andrew to the Gold Coast. Bad luck for the kid. From a selfish perspective increases the chances of him coming home to us after 2 years or when the suns are disbanded

Demon Germans
I reckon our performance from midway through the 3rd qtr in the the GF was the footy equivalent of Blitzkrieg

Farewell Luke Jackson
The poster who insisted he should be traded hasn't been heard from in a while. I can't remember his name

Jaguar Re-Signs for 2021
The bloke restructured the footy department, stuck fat with goody, brought in Yze and Williams, finally delivers a prem and you reckon weโre successful in spite of him Did he turn you down for a job, steal your girlfriend or kill your family pet?

Bayley Fritsch 5-year deal
I was a doubter at the end of 2020 but his goal kicking improved dramatically. Now a dead eye in front of goal. Great news that he has signed on for 5 years

Dermottโs 2022 flag prediction
People forget they finished 5th on the ladder. Rolls Royce midfield but defensively suspect. Unless they find some better defenders they can't win imv

Now that weโve won the premiership in the menโs
I reckon the ladies will be inspired by what the men managed and will bring home the AFLW flag this year. They are definitely good enough to do it. What odds we win both mens and womens flags in 2022. We'd be the first club to do it. That would be amazing

Dermottโs 2022 flag prediction
Richmond may well have one final yelp left in them. I won't be surprised if they are there or thereabouts come the pointy end of the season. That said, no question the Dees are the team to beat and will be warm favorites to go back to back

Flag Hangover
This doesn't seem like a group that will rest on its laurels. We'll have a better idea after rd1 Barring a bad run with injuries i expect to finish top 4 and have another solid crack at the flag

The Skip!
Trac's Norm Smith performance in the granny was as good as any. Almost topped Simon Blacks possession record. On a par if not better than any of Dusty's efforts

The Skip!
I doubt anyone gets belted in the back of the head more than Maxy. That thug Nankervis being the primary culprit. He never flinches, never goes into his shell, never loses his cool. Just gets on with the job. Legend
