I’m neither pro nor anti loading theory (i think you're referring to loading). All I know is we were flying going into finals last year compared to flat as a tack this year. Something went wrong. Injuries a factor for sure, tough back half fixtures etc. My guess is we trained heavy mid-season similar to 2021 when in hindsight we should have kept it lighter. Bannan is such an x factor. Athletic traits with skills to match. Very few, male or female, can execute a 6-bounce run at speed. Or have the presence of mind to run around on the mark to get within range and kick the vital goal. She's next level footy smarts and a phenomenal weapon to have in the team
