I’d love to see a stats based AA side that removes all ambiguity and bias. 1. most goals + contested marks inside 50 = FF 2. most effective hit outs + clearances + contested marks + score involvements = Ruck 3. # Disposals + contested possessions + clearances + pressure acts = Rover etc. This can all be weighted based on opponents played and other factors that give a more rounded assessment as opposed to Pies getting 5 players because they are on top. I think it’ll throw up some interesting results and we are likely to recognise a broader range of players and just favourites if the media (which make up most of the AA selection panel)

I really hope this is what’s behind his mobility issues. We need him finding some form coming into December.

Deep down we all know it too. i recall one kick into the corridor. Just one kick! And what happened? Mark, goal. 40 forward half turnovers for 1.4 is unacceptable We should have had 10-15 scoring shots alone. And set shots kicking! Wtf has happened here. 10-12 other teams would have beaten the Blues by 10 goals tonight. Harmes likely gone by MRO and I think Viney gets rubbed out too.
